The Management Board of RAFAMET S.A. acts on the base of the Polish Code of Commercial Companies and the Statutes of the Company. The activities of the Management Board are governed by the Regulation of Management Board dated 14.05.2020. The Management Board can be composed of one or the numerous members and the number of its members is defined by the Supervisory Board. The common term of the Management Board is 5 years. The current term commenced in 2018.
