Fabryka Obrabiarek RAFAMET S.A., as a member of a consortium together with the Brazilian company Trail Infraestrutura Ltda., has received a signed contract from Companhia do Metropolitano de São Paulo - Metrô for the delivery of a UGE 180 N Underfloor Wheel Lathe. The delivery of the machine tool is scheduled for February 2025.

Mateusz Mrówka won the 8th Kuźnia Forest Half Marathon RAFAMET with a time of 01:11:37.00. The best among the ladies was Joanna Griman from Rybnik.

On 28 February 2023, in the seat of Industrial Development Agency JSC (Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.) in Warsaw, an agreement was concluded for the Company main shareholder to take up 1,066,666 shares of RAFAMET S.A. of the new issues of G series and H series totalling to 16 million PLN. The shares were taken up entirely for cash contributions. On the same day, the investor paid the funds for the subscribed shares to the bank account of RAFAMET S.A.

In April, TBI Technology became the official distributor of Poręba Machine Tools lathes in Poland. PORĘBA Machine Tools belongs to the RAFAMET Group and is focused on super heavy, heavy and medium centre and floor-type horizontal lathes.

RAFAMET has been awarded with the purchase order from the company Alstom Bombardier Transportation India Pvt. Ltd. for the supply of the 2 UGE 180 N Double Underfloor Wheel Lathe. The delivery of the machine tool is scheduled for December 2023.
